Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AI Token Calculator ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site.

What You Can't Do

  • Use automated tools to generate excessive requests (DDoS, scraping bots, etc.)

Disclaimer of Warranties

AI Token Calculator IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We make our best effort to provide accurate pricing data and token counts, but:

  • Pricing changes frequently: Providers update rates without notice. Always verify current pricing on official provider websites before making financial decisions.
  • Token counts are estimates: Except for OpenAI's o200k_base tokenizer (which we use directly), all token counts are estimated using research-validated factors. Actual counts may vary.
  • No guarantee of accuracy: While we verify data regularly, errors can occur. We mark uncertain data with "VERIFY" flags but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy.
  • No guarantee of availability: The Site may experience downtime, interruptions, or be discontinued at any time without notice.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Warranties that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted

  • Monitor your actual API usage and costs

Provider names (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) and model names (GPT-4o, Claude, Gemini, etc.) are trademarks of their respective owners. We use these names for identification and comparison purposes only.

User Conduct
